TANNING DYES

Kolhapuri chappals are tanned using a traditional method with natural dyes from Myrobalan Seeds and Babul Bark. This process imparts a unique color to the leather and enhances its softness and durability, reflecting the rich heritage of Kolhapur.

CUTTING AND SHAPING

The tanned leather is cut into parts for the sole, straps, and decorations, and shaped for a perfect fit
